7R has begun a partnership with WOOD & Company, with whom it will jointly develop the 7R Park Tczew III project. The first of four warehouses, mostly leased by ESA logistika Polska, has just been commissioned by Dekpol Budownictwo. Subsequent halls are under construction.
7R Park Tczew III is the third development by 7R Group in Tczew, which will ultimately cover over 150,000 sqm of space, divided into four halls of varying sizes. The new 7R project features a very good location – directly by the A1 motorway.
7R will invest in this project together with WOOD & Company, an experienced investor from the Czech Republic. – Poland is one of the most attractive markets for logistics investments, serving as a hub for production, distribution, logistics, and business services. Total costs for warehouse rental, energy, and labor are among the lowest in Europe, one-third lower than in the Czech Republic and over 60 percent lower than in Germany – says Jiří Hrbáček, Portfolio Manager at WOOD & Company.

The general contractor for the project, Dekpol Budownictwo, has just completed the construction of the first stage of the project with an area of 45,000 square meters. The modern hall with a height of 12.5 meters was built using production technology based on prestressed concrete, which guarantees high quality and durability of the entire structure. The construction lasted 7 months and proceeded very efficiently. The first tenant is ESA logistika Polska, a leading logistics operator, which will occupy over 31,000 sqm. The park was designed in the spirit of ESG values, so as to meet the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
- We have 14,000 sqm left for rent, available immediately, and another 105,000 sqm is under construction.
