7R breaks records in Pomerania and plans further investments

7R summarizes its activity in Pomerania. In the last quarter, the company leased nearly 53,000 sqm of warehouse space there. At the same time, it is strengthening its presence in the region by moving to a new office and launching further projects.

7R has been recording leasing records in the Pomeranian market in recent months. In the last quarter, the developer signed several significant lease agreements in facilities located in Pomerania: a total of over 53,000 sqm leased. In addition, the developer finalized the sale of the 11,000 sqm 7R City Flex Gdańsk II – the new owner is GLP Europe.

– The last few months have been extremely busy for us. For 7R, the last quarter was significantly better than the corresponding one last year. We see growing interest in the Pomeranian market from tenants looking for high-class warehouses. We expect this activity to grow systematically – says Marzena Taube, Regional Leasing Director at 7R.

The signed agreements mean the launch of further projects. Construction of 7R Park Gdańsk III and the third stage of 7R Park Tczew will start soon. Both projects will ultimately offer over 260,000 sqm.

– Starting the implementation of new investments is the result of the business model we have chosen. Thanks to consistency and a focus on quality and eco-friendly solutions, we can offer top-class facilities in the best locations – says Filip Piekarski, Development Director at 7R.

7R is also finishing the construction of 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I. The park, consisting of three halls, offers nearly 40,500 sqm. Recently, it attracted the company Rebel, which will occupy almost 5,000 sqm in it.

Furthermore, along with the development of subsequent projects, the Tricity office of 7R has changed its location.

– We decided to change the location of our office in Gdańsk. We chose the modern office complex Matarnia Office Park. The change will allow us to better adapt the new space to the dynamic work style of the team and will support the further development of the brand in the Pomeranian market and the entire northern region. We will soon share information about further significant agreements – concludes Ryszard Gretkowski, Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of 7R.
