7R builds once again for InPost

7R will deliver another two facilities for InPost - a leader in logistics services and owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network. Both projects, totaling 20,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, are being built in Pomerania: at 7R Park Gdańsk IV and at 7R Park Słupsk.

The newly emerging 7R Park Słupsk, with an area of over 9,000 sqm, has been entirely leased by the Paczkomat mogul. InPost has also leased 11,000 sqm of space at 7R Park Gdańsk, which is being built to the latest 7R Green Saver low-emission building standard, achieving the highest BREEAM certification results in continental Europe at the Outstanding level. Thanks to the technical solutions applied, facilities in the 7R Green Saver standard generate significant energy savings and achieve a minimum 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions and over a 50% reduction in primary energy demand compared to Polish technical conditions.

- This is possible thanks to the use of high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, a photovoltaic installation, and a BMS system. - Our cooperation with InPost is developing not only in terms of the number of facilities but also their technical standards. 7R warehouses set new standards in the industry, and their high operational efficiency translates into benefits for tenants, such as lower operating costs and better working conditions for employees. - explains Magdalena Kostjan, Head of Leasing, 7R.

Both facilities have an excellent location. 7R Park Gdańsk IV is located right next to the Tricity bypass and the Owczarnia junction, ensuring convenient transport conditions. - The proximity of residential areas such as Osowa and surrounding towns such as Żukowo and Kartuzy guarantees a large labor pool. The park is almost entirely commercialized, with the last module of approximately 4,000 sqm remaining for lease. Another 80,000 sqm is being built at 7R Park Gdańsk III, and we are also planning further projects in Pomerania - says Marzena Taube, Leasing & Development Director 7R. The general contractor for the facility is the company Dekpol, and construction work is nearing completion.

7R Park Słupsk, entirely leased by InPost, is located just 200 m from the S6 expressway, 7 km from Słupsk, and 110 km from Gdańsk. The general contractor for the project is also the company Dekpol. The planned completion of construction will take place in the third quarter of 2025.
