7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics expands with another warehouse

The facility in Łódź is our first officially opened, but not the last project in Central Poland. The entire region has enormous business potential, which is why we are already implementing and planning further investments here. We are particularly proud of the Łódź investment due to its location and exposure – our logo greets guests entering the city at the motorway junction - says Tomasz Lubowiecki, CEO of 7R.

 Even before the official opening, which took place on 26.09.2019, the warehouse was fully commercialized.

7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics in Łódź enjoyed great popularity from the very beginning. The 8 300 sqm area was occupied by companies: Bel-Pol (1 300 sqm), RTV Euro AGD (1 600 sqm), Hydro Building Systems Poland (2 500 sqm) and Zenner Poland (3 100 sqm).

So far, all facilities being built as part of our network of urban warehouses have found tenants very quickly. For us, this is confirmation of the validity of the chosen path and an incentive for further development. Tenants of the Łódź facility appreciated, above all, its excellent location, which enables efficient last-mile logistics, as well as our flexible approach, including the division of the offered space and openness to their needs - says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, Board Member, Head of Development 7R SA.

The facility was built in just over six months. This would not have been possible without the cooperation with an experienced general contractor – the company Commercecon.
