7R enters the Lublin market

Warehouse developer 7R is entering the Lublin market. The 7R Park Lublin logistics complex will consist of five buildings with a total area of approximately 110,000 sqm. The investment is in the planning and design phase.

"Poland is an important logistics hub in Central and Eastern Europe, and greater regionalization of distribution centers is an important element of adapting the supply chain to the dynamically changing needs of the market. We also forecast that in the long term, the trend of moving some production lines from Asia back to Europe will strengthen. Consequently, the demand for industrial halls and warehouse space will increase across the country, but also in the eastern part. The developing road system and the availability of employees are factors that will certainly attract investors to Lublin" - comments Bartłomiej Krawiecki, Board Member, Head of Development at 7R.

The location of the 7R Park Lublin investment just 3 km from the city bypass will provide access to the S12 and S19 expressways. The city's road and rail infrastructure will enable the park's tenants to conduct efficient logistics operations within the country and beyond its eastern border. In turn, the location in the industrial district, close to the city center, allows for the implementation of solutions characteristic of urban warehouses.

"Our Lublin complex, due to its location within the city limits, will offer tenants multifunctional facilities. Among them will be large warehouse halls, spaces adapted for production activities, and small modules of about 2,000 sqm, typical for our City Flex urban warehouses. By combining different building parameters in one logistics park, we want to create a flexible offer that responds to the various needs of tenants."- adds Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing at 7R.
