7R Group has obtained a building permit for its first warehouse in the Czech Republic. 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway is located in a spot attractive to future tenants - by the motorway connecting Brno and Prague. The investment is worth over 30 million euros.
7R is implementing its expansion strategy into the Czech market. This is the first foreign project for the company, which has been dynamically developing in Poland for 15 years, building innovative, ecological warehouse and production facilities tailored to customer needs.
- Our inaugural project in the Czech Republic marks a significant milestone after years of dynamic growth in Poland. We have just obtained the building permit for this park. In Poland, we have delivered over 100 facilities with a total area of 1.8 million sqm. We have developed an excellent product, gained vast experience at every stage of the development process, and today we are ready to enter a new market. – said Tomasz Lubowiecki, CEO and Founder of 7R Group.
7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway is a modern building with an area of 26,000 sqm. In line with the decarbonization strategy adopted by the developer, it will be equipped with numerous green solutions aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and operating costs, such as: LED lighting with an intelligent control system, a photovoltaic installation, publicly accessible electric vehicle charging stations, as well as the use of greywater in flushing systems. 7R will also take care of the biodiversity of green areas by planting flower meadows as well as trees and shrubs by the park. Rainwater will be used to maintain the green areas. The designed solutions will allow the project to apply for a BREEAM certificate at the high Excellent level.
- The Czech market attracted us with its potential, which offers new growth opportunities for 7R. It is characterized by limited supply and high demand from investors and tenants. A very big advantage of this project is its excellent location, right by the D1 motorway, 50 km from Brno and 135 km from Prague. Combined with an attractive design and pro-ecological solutions, it represents everything that testifies to the high quality of 7R products. I am convinced that it will meet with interest from tenants on the Czech market. At the same time, we are looking for further attractive land here and expanding our operations. – added Chris Zeuner, CIO of 7R, responsible for the Group's development in the Czech Republic.
The planned completion date for the project is the third quarter of 2025. The investment is worth over 30 million euros.
