7R Park Kielce expanded, myBOX Logistics continues expansion

7R has expanded 7R Park Kielce. The existing tenant – the company myBOX Logistics is leasing additional space and will thus occupy a total of over 30,800 sqm in the project.

7R Park Kielce is a high-class warehouse park meeting the highest technical standards. In the first stage, two halls with a total area of over 40,000 sqm were built. Currently, the expansion of hall no. 2 by another nearly 32,000 sqm has been completed. The area of the complex after the expansion will amount to over 72,000 sqm. 

The main tenant of the complex, the company myBOX Logistics (the company belongs to the Marketing Investment Group, the owner and distributor of such brands as: JD Sport, Sizeer, 50 Style, Timberland, Symbiosis, New Era, Ellesse or Umbro) decided to lease more space in the expanded hall. It will occupy over 30,800 sqm in it.

7R Park Kielce is located in Chęciny, just 13 km from the center of Kielce, as well as in the immediate vicinity of provincial road no. 762 and the S7 expressway (Kielce Południe junction). The location and access to key road infrastructure also ensure a quick connection to the John Paul II Airport in Kraków, providing both current and future tenants with a comprehensive base of logistics and transport channels. Insect houses have been built on the park's premises, and the developer has also taken care of the greenery. The complex will have an ecological BREEAM certificate. The general contractor for the entire complex is the company Kajima Poland.
