7R has fully leased 7R Park Wrocław West II. The tenant is Yusen Logistics. They will occupy nearly 43,000 sqm. This is one of the largest lease agreements this year.
7R Park Wrocław West II is an ecological, low-emission investment by 7R, implemented in accordance with the developer's new decarbonization strategy. The entire park has been leased by Yusen Logistics, which offers comprehensive customs agency operations, a wide range of logistics and freight forwarding services, as well as services in the dynamically developing e-commerce industry. They will occupy nearly 42,000 sqm of warehouse space and over 1,000 sqm of office space.

7R Park Wrocław West II is an investment implemented in the spirit of sustainable development. The project is being built in Kąty Wrocławskie in an excellent location: the warehouse provides a direct connection to the A4 motorway (Kąty Wrocławskie junction). The general contractor is Kajima Poland, ensuring the highest quality in construction management and placing great importance on environmental protection. The planned completion of construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
The eco-friendly solutions used at 7R Park Wrocław West II will ensure energy savings and lower operating costs. Operational CO2 emissions will be over 50 percent lower compared to buildings constructed in accordance with the technical conditions resulting from building regulations.
The technical solutions used include: high-efficiency LED lighting, increased building airtightness, improved specifications for heating and ventilation systems equipped with heat recovery systems as well as high-efficiency heat pumps and a photovoltaic panel system. 7R Park Wrocław West II will also use an extended BMS control and monitoring system. All this will enable 7R to apply for BREEAM certification at the highest Outstanding level.
