7R, a developer of high-quality warehouses, is starting the implementation of a project at the A1 and A4 Gliwice-Sośnica motorway junction. The facility will offer future tenants a total of 40,000 sqm of modern logistics space.
7R Park Gliwice will be built at the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways, which is part of the European E40 route. Gliwice – located 25 km from Katowice, 37 km from Katowice – Pyrzowice airport – offers convenient access to several motorway junctions and many provincial and national roads. This facilitates transport not only within Upper Silesia and other regions of Poland, but also to neighboring countries.
–
Due to its transport potential, 7R Park Gliwice will be one of the best locations in Poland for the logistics sector, including distribution companies. The first stage of the investment will offer approx. 40,000 sqm of high-quality warehouse space, which can be divided into smaller modules and adapted to the individual needs and expectations of tenants – says
Magda Twarowska, Leasing Director at 7R.7R Park Gliwice offers a total of 41,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, which will be offered according to the needs of future users. The design allows for flexibility in division into modules, and a storage height of 10 m and a column grid of 12 x 22.5 m allow for effective use of space. A fire load of over 4,000 MJ/sqm, a sprinkler system compliant with NFPA13, and a floor load capacity of 7T/sqm guarantee safety and durability. It will be equipped with ecological solutions supporting the reduction of energy consumption, such as photovoltaic panels, destratifiers, LED lighting, and daylight illumination of the loading zone.
7R Gliwice Park has been designed to meet BREEAM certification standards, at least at the Very Good level.
The project is being implemented in a joint venture formula, in cooperation with Quantum Development.
