7R to build an AutoStore warehouse for Hultafors Group
Developer 7R has signed an agreement to deliver a BTS warehouse facility for Hultafors Group – a Swedish company that offers a range of premium brands, such as Snickers Workwear, Hultafors Tools and Solid Gear, for professional craftsmen. The building, located in Goleniów (north-western Poland), will be the first class A automated warehouse in the country to use the AutoStore system. The investment will be built in a design & build system and will offer approx. 30,000 sqm of usable space."The BTS warehouse for Hultafors Group will be a class A facility, equipped with the AutoStore system. We will design it in accordance with our 7R Green eco-concept, which focuses primarily on maximizing the building's energy efficiency through the use of modern solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and charging stations for electric cars" - says Karol Górnicki, BTS Leasing Manager at 7R.
The building will be certified under the BREEAM system at the „Very Good” level. The fully automated warehouse will use advanced robot technology, while meeting strict international fire safety standards. The commissioning of the investment is planned for February 2021.
