7R together with Hillwood in Pomerania

On Thursday, September 5, during a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, the symbolic opening of the modern 7R Park Tczew complex took place. The joint project of 7R and Hillwood Polska consists of two warehouse facilities with a total area of approximately 46,700 sqm, which have been occupied by, among others, the Dovista group and the Swiss company Huber+Suhner.

A key advantage of the investment is its strategic location. The site, at the intersection of national roads No. 91 and No. 244, near the A1 motorway - directly at the Swarożyn junction, provides access to the country's main transport routes and enables efficient product distribution to both local and foreign markets.

The Pomeranian market is an important part of the company's development strategy. Our first warehouse was built in this region 10 years ago. We are pleased that we can continue to develop here and, together with our long-term partner – Hillwood Polska – utilize the potential of this location. Due to the growing interest in warehouse space in the region, 7R is already planning the construction of three more buildings – says Ryszard Gretkowski, Vice President of the Management Board of 7R SA.

7R Park Tczew is another investment carried out thanks to the partnership between Hillwood and 7R. Hillwood Polska, thanks to its own financing, is able to engage in joint venture projects, also contributing experience in managing the investment process. Both companies are thus expanding their portfolio of clients and warehouse-production space in the dynamically developing market in Poland.

The location of 7R Park Tczew in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE) makes this site even more attractive due to favorable conditions for the development of local entrepreneurship.

7R Park Tczew has already been appreciated by real estate market experts. The project was among the finalists of the prestigious Prime Property Prize 2019 competition in the „Investment of the Year - Logistics and Warehouse Space Market” category.
