7R with an investment loan for 7R City Flex Katowice I

7R City Flex Katowice I is a modern urban warehouse with a total usable area of approximately 22.3 thousand sqm. The warehouses themselves occupy about 20.6 thousand sqm, and offices – nearly 1 thousand sqm.

7R has secured an investment loan for the project to finance and refinance construction costs. The financing was provided by mBank. The loan amount reached 15.5 million euros, and in addition, the bank will finance VAT in the amount of 15 million zlotys.
