7R with the same Tenant in two locations

In June of this year, the developer commissioned the first warehouse for Famix in Kraków. The tenant occupied over 2,900 sqm in the seventh building of 7R Park Kraków. The second warehouse with an area of 5,000 sqm will be handed over to the tenant in October this year.

Famix serves approximately 2,500 retail outlets in the Podkarpackie and Małopolskie voivodeships and surrounding areas. It stores food products in 7R Park Kraków and 7R Park Rzeszów.

– Since we were very satisfied with our cooperation with 7R to date and the quality of the facility in Kraków, we decided to lease a second warehouse in 7R Park Rzeszów. The developer showed a flexible approach and designed a facility tailored to our needs. A modern high-bay warehouse with a specially reinforced floor load capacity will allow us to further streamline operations and thus strengthen our position on the market – says Stanisław Tarnowski, Famix.

7R Park Rzeszów is a project consisting of two modern buildings with a total area of approx. 56,000 sqm. The park is located in the immediate vicinity of Special Economic Zones and the so-called Aviation Valley - the largest industrial cluster in Poland.
