A distribution and warehouse center for Grupa CCC will be built in Polkowice

WPIP Construction has signed a contract for the construction of a modern distribution and warehouse facility in Polkowice for Grupa CCC, with an area of approx. 26.6 thousand sq m and an office section with a usable area of approx. 4.8 thousand sq m.

The investment supports the dynamic development of the HalfPrice chain – a brand that is gaining recognition from customers in Poland and abroad at a record pace.
The contract covers general contracting as part of the first phase of the facility's implementation.

The facility will be built based on sustainable construction standards and EU Taxonomy guidelines, in line with Grupa CCC's long-term approach to responsible development.  It will include, among others, an automated high-bay warehouse and a distribution hall with modern sorting systems for the smooth processing of products from the HalfPrice offer. WPIP Construction, as a company with experience in projects for the retail sector, has already had the opportunity to cooperate with Grupa CCC – the current investment is a natural continuation of this relationship.

Construction of the facility in Polkowice will start soon, and its completion is planned for the second quarter of 2026. The investment will contribute to strengthening the logistics infrastructure of HalfPrice and the further development of this innovative brand, will strengthen the economic potential of the Polkowice region and the Legnicka Special Economic Zone, and will create new attractive jobs.
