We are pleased to be able to use our experience gained during the construction of modern distribution centers to cooperate with a brand known to all Poles. This is another ambitious project implemented in the "Design and Build" formula in our portfolio. An investment carried out to a high standard will certainly contribute to improving our Client's supply chain, and at the same time will support the development of the region - says Karol Słupek, Sales Director, Member of the Management Board of Dekpol Budownictwo.
The logistics center that will be built near Łódź will be the ninth such investment for Żabka. The location in the center of Poland is intended to support the further development of the chain in this region and relieve existing logistics facilities. It is also a step linked to the company's plans, which intends to open a total of approx. 1,000 more sales points in our country this year.
The facility will be prepared for international BREEAM certification.
The planned completion date is in the second half of next year.
