A massive logistics center is emerging in the town of Wincentów near Radom

Bojanowicz Investments has purchased a 12-hectare area in Wincentów near Radom, in a newly designated industrial zone. A large class A logistics center is currently being built on this site.

According to the latest available information, the new industrial zone in Radom was created in the northern part of the city, between Warszawska, Witosa, and Rataja streets. The 12-hectare area, which was acquired in 2021 by Bojanowicz Investments, was previously used as allotment gardens. This site is located within a special industrial zone prepared by the city of Radom and is adjacent to a production plant and the headquarters of the renowned company Zbyszko Company, which is affiliated with Bojanowicz Investments.

The investor has already begun work on the construction of an impressive class A logistics center in this area.

The investment is named BI Park Radom. The contractor is Pekabex Bet, a subsidiary of the Poznań-based stock exchange-listed company Pekabex. The first tenant will occupy 5,500 sqm of warehouse space and 1,000 sqm of office space. Negotiations with a second tenant are currently underway.

The halls have a net height of 10 meters, which refers to the distance from the floor to the lowest point of the structure. The investor and the contractor have agreed that work on the project will be completed by the end of May 2024.
