Panattoni has completed the construction and commissioned the first hall within Panattoni Park Szczecin VII. The modern facility with an area of 25 thousand sqm has already been handed over to tenants and strengthens the logistics potential of the West Pomeranian region.
The first stage of the new logistics park
The new hall is the first completed building within Panattoni Park Szczecin VII. The facility was designed for companies from the logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors, offering flexible modules tailored to various business models.
Two logistics operators have already started operations in the building, who will use the new space to handle domestic and international distribution processes.
Location by key routes
Panattoni Park Szczecin VII was built in Załom, in the eastern part of the Szczecin agglomeration. The location provides quick access to the S3 expressway and the A6 motorway, enabling efficient transport services both in Poland and abroad.
Additional advantages of the location are:
- proximity to the border with Germany,
- access to the port in Szczecin,
- a distance of about 150 km from Berlin.
Such a location makes the park an attractive location for companies serving the markets of Western and Northern Europe.
A warehouse prepared for modern logistics
The facility was designed with an emphasis on high operational efficiency and the ability to flexibly adapt the space to the needs of tenants.
The hall will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. The project uses solutions that reduce energy and water consumption and increase the energy efficiency of the building.
Szczecin strengthens its position on the logistics map of Poland
The commissioning of the first building of Panattoni Park Szczecin VII is part of the further development of the warehouse market in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The region is gaining in importance thanks to its convenient location on the western border, access to seaports, and developing transport infrastructure.
To date, Panattoni has delivered approximately 880 thousand sqm of modern industrial space in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, consistently developing its portfolio in one of the most important logistics regions in Poland.
