The warehouse was commissioned in 2016, holds a BREEAM Excellent certificate and is 100 percent commercialized.
The tenant remains Kaufland – one of the largest retailers in Europe, belonging to the Schwarz group.
The center in Bydgoszcz is one of the four main distribution facilities of Kaufland in Poland and is responsible for servicing the north-central part of the country.
The location provides access to developed logistics infrastructure and the proximity of other large operators and distribution centers, including those associated with the Schwarz group.
For Accolade, this is another investment in Bydgoszcz, where the company has been developing its portfolio for years. Currently, it covers approximately 300 thousand sq m of warehouse space.
