Accolade enters Gorzów Wielkopolski

Accolade enters Gorzów Wielkopolski with an investment worth nearly 47 million euro. The investor has purchased a logistics and industrial park developed by Panattoni. The complex will ultimately total over 70,000 sqm.

Expanding Accolade's portfolio, worth over a billion euro, with the Gorzów park reflects the company's strategy, which assumes investments in a network of industrial parks located in key places on the map of Europe, with access to high-quality infrastructure and situated near major business centers. More than half of the Polish portfolio consists of so-called brownfield investments, realized on the sites of former industrial facilities. The latest acquisition will join a network of 27 industrial parks in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, and Slovakia and will be the fourth location for the investor along Poland's western border, alongside Szczecin, Zielona Góra, and Legnica. Accolade always designs and builds in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements at the "Very good" level, which guarantees high standards in line with the philosophy of sustainable construction, comfortable working conditions, and energy self-sufficiency.

"Thanks to the possibility of flexibly shaping the leased modules, we are able to meet the requirements of clients from various industries in this location. The available space in the new park can be easily adapted both in terms of technical specifications and the area of individual production, warehouse, and social-office rooms. This is an advantage of multi-let industrial space, and this is exactly how Accolade wants to contribute to the creation of modern business infrastructure in Europe." – says Michał Białas, Head of Poland at Accolade.

The logistics and industrial park in Gorzów, developed by Panattoni, is expected to ultimately total over 70,000 sqm, completed in four stages. Currently, nearly 19,000 sqm is under construction, and the completion of work within the first stage is coming to an end. The tenants of the facility are already Logoplaste and Omnipack. The first of these companies comes from Portugal and is involved in the design and production of plastic packaging. Logoplaste has 63 factories in 16 countries, where it employs over 2,100 people. Omnipack, on the other hand, is a logistics company specializing in comprehensive service for e-shops.
