Following successful cooperation in Częstochowa, Zielona Góra, Szczecin and Bydgoszcz, InPost is also expanding with Accolade in Białystok. Thanks to the new location, InPost's leased area in Accolade's industrial facilities will exceed 36,000 sqm.
"Long-term partnership is one of the keys to success in the industrial real estate segment. We are pleased that our business partners are growing with us and discovering the potential of an increasing number of Polish cities. One of Accolade's goals is to contribute to the economic development of Polish regions. We believe that everyone can benefit from the arrival of innovative tenants. InPost is an excellent example of this in many of our locations and I believe that it will soon prove this in the Białystok park as well" - comments Michał Białas, Country Head of Accolade in Poland.
Thanks to its great location, west of Białystok, with access to nearby university and research centers, 2.8 km from the S8 route connected to the A2 leading to Berlin and 65 km from Poland's eastern border, Choroszcz attracts many local and international investors.
"We are currently the largest investor in class A warehouse infrastructure in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. We believe that investments in modern and sustainable halls comprehensively support the further development of a given location. Regardless of whether it is about increasing the city's attractiveness for further investments or creating well-paid jobs for qualified staff. We are also looking forward to working with the Białystok region. We want to be a partner for years to come and a good neighbor" - says Michał Białas.
The Białystok complex aspires to a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level and will offer ecological solutions primarily in terms of highly energy-efficient energy systems and excellent water management. We are also focusing on the development of green areas around the park. By providing trees, shrubs and flower meadows, we will enrich the ecosystem surrounding the facility.
"We are not only an investor, but also a responsible member of the community. We support economic development, as well as social life and a positive image of modern halls. A unique example in Białystok is the planned realization of a mural this spring, by the talented painter Kamila Kurczab. The mural design was selected through a competition organized by Accolade. It was the tenants who decided which work they would look at every day on the retaining wall of the industrial park where they work" - added Michał Białas.
