Accolade secures 42 million EUR. Szczecin strengthens its position as a key logistics market

Accolade ended 2025 by securing another large financing for the development of its warehouse projects in Poland. This time Park Szczecin Trzebusz received a 42 million EUR loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska, which confirms the company's strong position and the interest of financial institutions in the logistics sector.

The first phase of the project is growing. Over 25,000 sqm already leased

As part of the first stage of the investment, over 25,500 sqm of modern warehouse space is being developed. The entire space has already been leased to two companies, which proves the high demand for space in this part of the country. Ultimately, the complex will reach nearly 100,000 sqm, and its construction will be completed in the spring of 2026.

Further financing confirms long-term strategy

The new loan is part of a series of financings obtained by Accolade in recent months. The company is consistently developing its warehouse portfolio in regional locations, focusing on stable projects that meet high environmental and energy standards.

The financing highlights that Park Szczecin Trzebusz not only meets key market requirements but also aligns with current sustainable development trends, to which financial institutions are paying increasing attention.

Szczecin as a strategic point on the Accolade map

For many years, Szczecin has played an important role in the Polish portfolio of Accolade. The proximity to the German border, access to the seaport, and the region's role in serving Western and Scandinavian markets make it a location with very high operational potential.

In the region, the company has created one of its largest warehouse clusters in Poland, covering approximately 400,000 sqm of space across several parks. Systematic expansion confirms the maturity of the market and its lasting logistical significance.

BNP Paribas supports the development of further investments

Financing the Park Szczecin Trzebusz project is another element of the cooperation between BNP Paribas and Accolade. The bank consistently engages in warehouse projects of great regional importance, especially those implemented in accordance with sustainable development principles and high quality standards.

Stable foundations attract capital

The concluded agreement shows that despite the selective approach of banks to new projects, well-prepared warehouse investments in strategic locations continue to attract solid financing. The project in Szczecin is another example that the logistics sector in Poland remains one of the most resilient and promising in the region.
