Agrii Polska is the new tenant of the Hillwood Ożarów III park

Agrii Polska – one of the leaders in the production and distribution of seed material, granular fertilizers, FoliQ foliar fertilizers, plant protection products, and grain trading – has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Hillwood Ożarów III complex.

For years, Agrii Polska has focused on professional consulting and an innovative approach to crop production. Thanks to this, the company has gained the trust of thousands of professional farmers. It has now decided on the next step in its business development by leasing 2,141 sqm of warehouse space and over 300 sqm for offices in the Hillwood Ożarów III park.

The park in Ożarów is one of the newest facilities in the Hillwood Polska portfolio. The acquisition took place in the first quarter of this year and was a good example of our company's strategy, which is not only a developer of industrial space but also an investor implementing ambitious business plans. We are convinced that the new tenant of the Hillwood Ożarów III park, thanks to the acquired warehouse and office space, will have the opportunity to grow its business by taking advantage of the numerous functionalities and amenities in the facility. – says Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska.

Hillwood Ożarów III is an A-class logistics park located in the vicinity of national road no. 92 and in close proximity to the Pruszków junction situated along the A2 motorway, connecting Warsaw with Poznań and Berlin. The route from the facility to the Warsaw Chopin Airport and the city center is only 20 km long.

The entire complex consists of four warehouse halls with a total area of nearly 80,000 sqm. The Hillwood Ożarów III park stands out due to its excellent location and potential for modernization, which significantly affects its value in the future.
