Alexandru Mihai has joined MLP Group
MLP Group is strengthening the department responsible for leasing commercial space. At the beginning of April this year, Alexandru Mihai joined the Leasing Department team, taking the position of Head of Leasing. Within MLP Group, he will be responsible for the commercialization of logistics parks in the Romanian market.
Alexandru Mihai has over 15 years of experience in leasing commercial space gained at renowned institutions. Before joining the MLP Group team, he served as Head of Industrial Department at Activ Property Services. He built his competencies by also working for Easy Asset Management and Cushman & Wakefield. Within these entities, he was responsible for, among other things, conducting negotiation processes, leasing commercial space, conducting research and preparing market analyses, and maintaining client relationships. He studied at Hyperion University. He is fluent in English.
