Alior Bank finances the construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV in Świdnik

In March, Panattoni began construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV, which will ultimately occupy nearly 55,000 sq m, becoming a key production and logistics hub for the region. The investment will be primarily supported by financing from Alior Bank in the amount of 32.8 million euros.

In Lublin and the surrounding area, Panattoni has already delivered approximately 200,000 sq m, driving the development of a region that, just a few years ago, lacked class A industrial space. The developer's activity and impact on business in the Lublin Voivodeship are recognized by financial institutions. Alior Bank has provided 32.8 million euros in financing for the construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV in Świdnik, which will reach an area of nearly 55,000 sq m across two buildings. The complex has already secured 3 tenants, including technologically advanced manufacturing companies.

„Thanks to further investments in the Lublin region, representatives of numerous industries can develop in this location, recognizing the growing potential of the market. Panattoni Park Lublin IV will, among other things, create an excellent platform for manufacturing enterprises and allow for the customization of space to the specifics of their operations. We are extremely pleased with the support from Alior Bank, which confirms that our investments in emerging markets are a bullseye, and that financial institutions want to participate in the development of less saturated locations. We are convinced that our activity contributes to the development of the region and attracts further international enterprises” - says Karina Trojańska, Chief Financing & Operating Officer at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Lublin IV is being built within the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik and will be suitable for handling a full range of processes: warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or e-commerce. The complex will occupy 55,000 sq m across 2 buildings and will be completed later this year. The potential of the park has already been confirmed. By the time construction started, 3 companies had already leased space, including a technologically advanced manufacturing enterprise, and Panattoni will prepare the leased space for the company's complex manufacturing processes. The developer will also implement a number of sustainable solutions, including adapting the facility's roof for the installation of photovoltaic panels.

The Lublin Voivodeship is developing dynamically, becoming a driving force for all of Eastern Poland. The pro-business attitude of local authorities, the development of locations such as the Świdnik Economic Activity Zone, access to qualified personnel – nearly 64,000 university graduates annually – as well as the growing volume of modern industrial space, attract businesses with diverse profiles. Also significant is the international Via Carpatia route currently under construction, which, by crossing the region, will ultimately connect Klaipėda in Lithuania with Thessaloniki in Greece, creating a key transport route for the eastern part of the European Union.
