Angelini Pharma stays longer at MLP Pruszków I

Angelini Pharma has signed a new agreement with MLP Group extending the lease of space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics center. The pharmaceutical company has been using the 1,500 sqm facility, of which approximately 100 sqm is office space, for 18 years.

Angelini Pharma is part of Angelini Industries. It is a leading healthcare company with a particular focus on the central nervous system (CNS), mental health, as well as pain management and rare diseases. Angelini Pharma operates in 25 countries and employs over 3,000 people.

"The MLP Pruszków I logistics center is our first and one of our most popular projects, which remains 100% leased. Virtually all tenants regularly extend their contracts. If any space becomes vacant, it is very quickly occupied by new or existing tenants. Although it is also our oldest center, the facilities are systematically modernized and adapted to our internal, very high standards" – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Pruszków I is among the very popular logistics centers in the MLP Group portfolio among tenants. Its excellent location 19 kilometers from Warsaw and great connections via expressways and motorways to other regions of Poland make it an attractive place for entities from virtually every industry.

MLP Pruszków I offers a total of nearly 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space, used by nearly 40 tenants. Over more than 20 years of operation, this park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is located on a fenced area protected 24 hours a day. Charging points for electric and hybrid cars have been launched at the center, where the energy used is 100 percent photovoltaic. A city bike rental station is also available.
