Another Accolade investment in the Lublin Voivodeship

The latest Accolade investment will be built in Świdnik, in the Lublin Voivodeship. The Świdnik industrial park will consist of two buildings, offering 54,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. Most of the space is already leased to three companies from the manufacturing and logistics sectors. The park will be located just 1 km from the city border of Lublin, where Accolade already owns another warehouse park. The investor has been present in the region since 2015, and thanks to the new project, the value of its investments in the Lublin Voivodeship will increase to 115 million euros, covering 130,000 sqm of warehouse space.

Lublin and its surroundings are a key logistics location for central-eastern Poland and areas beyond the eastern border. The new Accolade investment is located in a special economic zone, a 10-minute drive from the Lublin international airport, with quick access to the S12 and S17 routes. These roads provide connections to other important cities, such as Piotrków Trybunalski, Dorohusk, Warsaw, Zamość, or Lviv. Although the completion of the park is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023, its current level of commercialization is already 65%.

"We have been present in Lublin for eight years, i.e., since the moment Accolade appeared in Poland. The warehouse park that we opened back then remains fully leased, and the potential of the region and the development of infrastructure in this part of the country prompted us to make another investment." – said Jarek Wnuk, Managing Director of Accolade in Poland. - "Our company feels committed to providing tenants with the highest quality warehouse space, and the new investment in Świdnik is another step towards fulfilling this mission. We are convinced that the Świdnik park will not only become an attractive place for business but will also contribute to the further economic development of a region with huge potential and access to qualified staff." – added Wnuk.

The new Accolade park will not only be modern, but like other parks in the company's portfolio, it will meet the highest standards of ecological construction and operation. For example, in accordance with the adopted design, the roof will be adapted for the installation of photovoltaic panels, thus enabling sustainable energy production. BREEAM certification at the "Excellent" level is also planned. Additionally, the facility will significantly influence the development of the region by creating new jobs, similar to the first Accolade park in Lublin, which provided 500 such positions.

The Lublin region is a diverse area that attracts both international and local brands from the logistics, retail, and manufacturing sectors. The Accolade Świdnik park has been designed and adapted to meet the specific needs and requirements of tenants, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. By creating jobs and supporting the local economy, the new Accolade investment will be an important business hub in the region.
