Another BTS at Prologis Park Wrocław V

A leading manufacturer of eco-friendly labels has extended its lease agreement and signed a contract for the construction of a build-to-suit warehouse at Prologis Park Wrocław V. The 30,000 square meter transaction includes the construction of a build-to-suit (BTS) building with a total area of over 11,600 square meters and the extension of the current lease for 19,100 square meters of space.

As part of the first stage of the investment, a warehouse and office space will be built – the space will be available to the client in the third quarter of 2021. The second stage of work will include the construction of an office with an area of nearly one thousand square meters, with completion scheduled before the end of this year.

In the newly constructed building, emphasis has been placed on utilizing the possibilities offered by green industrial construction: up to 12.5% of the area will be illuminated by daylight, and work safety and comfort will be ensured by energy-efficient LED lighting with a DALI intelligent control system and motion sensors. Thicker insulation of the hall will contribute to higher energy efficiency, and emissions will be reduced thanks to installed 50kW photovoltaic panels and solar collectors for water heating.

To ensure maximum operational efficiency, the column spacing in the warehouse has been adjusted to the tenant's individual needs, reinforced floors have been used, and the dock levelers allow for a load of up to 15 tons.

„Our client has been combining sustainable development with innovation for years – creating their products in a closed loop, without the use of fossil fuels. Knowing our experience in eco-friendly construction, they expected an equally responsible approach from us. As a result, an environmentally friendly, cost-effective building equipped with a range of modern solutions will be created - precisely tailored to the expectations and needs of our long-term client, who has been with us at Prologis Park Wrocław V for 11 years.  This is a source of pride for us and proof that understanding the client's needs, a flexible approach, and daily support is the recipe for success” - emphasizes Marcin Czerniewski, Project Manager at Prologis in the Lower Silesia region.
