Another tenant at Hillwood Słubice

MW Logistics, a company providing comprehensive services for the e-commerce industry, has leased 6,868 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Słubice warehouse park. The tenant will begin operations in the new warehouse and office later this month. 

MW Logistics specializes in professional e-commerce support – warehousing of goods, preparation and shipping of parcels, customer service, and handling of returns, exchanges, and complaints. It also offers technological support for online stores. The new hall will be used for storing goods and logistics operations. The lease of warehouse space at Hillwood Słubice is related to the expansion and development of MW Logistics, which already owns one warehouse in this area.

 
"The last few months have proven to be crucial for the e-commerce industry. Consumers are buying online more often and more willingly, which consequently forces entrepreneurs to move into the e-commerce zone. As MW Logistics, we have been supporting companies in conducting online business for several years"- says Krzysztof Roszyk, Operations Director at MW Logistics. - "Thanks to the reliability of our services and their high quality, we have gained the trust of our clients, both foreign and Polish. However, not wanting to rest on our laurels, we decided to further expand our operations, which contributed to the decision to lease additional warehouse space. The Hillwood Słubice warehouse park seemed the only right choice, not only because of the facility's excellent location, but also the quality of construction and finishing of the hall."  

The Hillwood Słubice logistics center is located 5 km from the Słubice – Frankfurt border crossing. The facility is situated directly by national road No. 29, just 2 km from the Świecko junction on the A2 motorway. The distance from the investment to the city center is only 4.5 km. The project offers tenants 21,467 sqm of modern space, adapted to warehouse and production needs, for both large and small companies. The developer also provides the possibility of adapting the space to the individual needs of tenants, including the separation of office space. There are 4,000 sqm of warehouse space left for lease in the investment.
