Another tenant chooses P3 Wrocław City

P3 has signed a lease agreement at the P3 Wrocław City park with DeFelt. The new tenant will occupy approx. 2.5 thousand sqm of space, which will be adapted for production and warehousing activities. The leased facility will also serve as the company's headquarters.

The warehouse, where DeFelt will begin operations, was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and is certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. The facility is equipped with modern technical solutions, including LED lighting with a DALI automatic control system, motion sensors in restrooms, and a greywater recovery system. The hall's roof has a reinforced structure allowing for the installation of a photovoltaic system, and low-maintenance greenery has been planted around the facility. The site will also feature electric vehicle charging stations and cyclist-friendly infrastructure.
