Developer P3 has extended a warehouse lease agreement with Antalis at the P3 Błonie park. This is another tenant, following Katcon and Edu-Książka, that has decided to continue its warehouse lease in this park in recent months. Antalis is a distributor of paper, packaging, and visual communication solutions in Europe. The company has 103 distribution centers.
The facility at the P3 Błonie park was designed according to the tenant's requirements and built in 2017. The building incorporates ecological solutions in the form of insulation panels, solar panels for domestic hot water heating, as well as LED lighting. P3 also provides the company with an external office.
"The Błonie municipality has for years been one of the most popular locations on the Polish warehouse space market, often referred to as the capital of Polish logistics. Facilities at the P3 Błonie park enjoy very high interest from both Polish and foreign companies. The very good location near Warsaw, close to the motorway and national roads, ensures efficient product distribution as well as access to qualified employees. We are pleased that after several years of cooperation, we continue to meet the requirements of our partners, and our warehouses consistently provide operational efficiency, functionality, as well as savings in terms of resource utilization." - comments Zbigniew Smyczyński, Senior Leasing Manager at P3 Logistic Parks in Poland.
P3 Błonie Park is located 27 km west of Warsaw, at the intersection of national road no. 92 and the A2 motorway. The park consists of 14 buildings, which, in addition to typical warehouse space, also include cold stores, freezers, and a data center.
