Hillwood has signed a lease agreement for over 2,000 sqm of space in the first hall of the Hillwood Targówek logistics park in Warsaw. A unique tenant, the capital's Nowy Teatr, will occupy the warehouse in the third quarter of this year. At the same time, construction of the second hall has begun, with completion scheduled for later this year. The tenant was represented by experts from MAXON Nieruchomości.
Nowy Teatr is a municipal cultural institution. It was established in 2008 and is located in a historic workshop hall at 10/16 Madalińskiego St. in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The theater operates under the artistic direction of Krzysztof Warlikowski, and on stage, one can see, among others, Magdalena Cielecka, Maja Ostaszewska, Jacek Poniedziałek, and Andrzej Chyra. Artists from Nowy Teatr will use the 2,031 sqm hall at Hillwood Targówek to store theatrical scenery. The transaction was brokered by the MAXON Nieruchomości agency.
As part of the Hillwood Targówek project, two class A warehouse halls will ultimately be built, each with an area of 24,609 sqm. Construction of the second hall has just begun, which is planned to be commissioned in the last quarter of this year. The logistics park is located in Warsaw's Targówek district on Bardowskiego St., not far from Radzymińska St. Thanks to this location, the complex is perfectly connected to the S8 expressway and roads leading out of Warsaw, including the A2 motorway. The logistics park is located just 8 km from the city center and 15 km from the Okęcie International Airport.

Energy-efficient LED lighting has been installed in the warehouse. The building also has a fire resistance standard of over 4000 MJ/sqm and is monitored 24 hours a day. Upon the client's request, there is also the possibility of renting office space adapted to individual requirements. There is a large and convenient parking lot on the investment site.
