The decision to extend the lease agreement at Prologis Park Stryków was influenced, among other things, by the location – the convenient position of the distribution center, which fosters operational efficiency, and the fact that the facility is fully adapted to the specifics of our business – said
Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck, President of the Management Board of Arvato Polska. The warehouse used by Arvato at Prologis Park Stryków was designed according to the client's specific requirements – it is a BTS (build-to-suit) type building. The facility is equipped with 28 loading docks. Additionally, the warehouse features a mezzanine for more efficient use of space. Lighting is provided by an energy-efficient LED installation, and skylights provide access to daylight. An intelligent utility consumption monitoring system and above-standard wall and roof insulation allow for higher energy efficiency.

Each of these parks meets different operational needs, offering tailored solutions. In both cases, we combine high-class infrastructure with a flexible approach and a team ready to act efficiently and effectively. These are the foundations on which we build long-term, partnership relations – summarizes
Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis. Prologis Park Stryków is a modern logistics center located just 1 km from the intersection of the A1 (Gdańsk–Vienna) and A2 (Berlin–Moscow) motorways, in the immediate vicinity of Łódź. The location provides easy access to the national and international transport network and a wide pool of human resources. The Prologis logistics park in Stryków still has the potential for expansion by over 40,000 square meters of warehouse space tailored to client needs.
The extension of cooperation with Prologis in Stryków is another recent agreement between Arvato and the global leader in the logistics and industrial real estate market. In 2024, the company offering logistics solutions signed an agreement at Prologis Park Błonie for the lease of warehouse space used to serve companies in the pharmaceutical industry. This was an extension and expansion of cooperation by several thousand square meters. In Błonie near Warsaw, Arvato currently leases 14,200 square meters.
