Atlas Ward Polska builds for Opoltrans
A new Opoltrans investment is starting in Bielsko-Biała. Atlas Ward Polska will build the investment as a general contractor. The commercial and warehouse facility with a social and office section will have nearly 3,000 sqm of space. Obtaining the occupancy permit is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
For 30 years, Opoltrans has been comprehensively equipping transport companies, carriers, and car repair shops with accessories, parts, and consumables. The investor has a network of nearly fifty automotive wholesalers in Poland, Ukraine, and Lithuania.
Atlas Ward Polska already has several successful projects for Opoltrans in its portfolio. The latest ones are located in, among others, Nowy Sącz, Kąty Wrocławskie, and Rusocin near Pruszcz Gdański.
