Auto Partner expands at MLP Pruszków II
Auto Partner S.A. has signed an agreement with MLP Group S.A. regarding the extension of the lease agreement and the expansion of the leased space by over 4,300 sqm, of which approx. 3,800 sqm will be used for warehouse purposes, and another 490 sqm will constitute office and social space. As a result, the distribution company will use a total of nearly 13,000 sqm of space. The handover of the completed facility is scheduled for April 1, 2021. Auto Partner S.A. has been cooperating with MLP Group since 2016. The hall will be adapted to the individual needs of the client.
Auto Partner S.A. is a dynamically developing importer and distributor of spare parts for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles, operating on the European market for 27 years. The company acts as a sales platform, mainly through electronic channels, and provides just-in-time logistics for spare parts to dispersed customers, which primarily include workshops and automotive stores.

MLP Pruszków II is a logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, at a distance of 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 309,000 sqm, of which nearly 200,000 sqm is already in use. Thanks to a flexible approach to the individual needs of tenants, the center is able to meet the requirements of clients from various industries. MLP Pruszków II has developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area.
