Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in Europe, has secured a new tenant for its investment in Lublin.
Avides, a leading European distributor of remarketed goods, has leased over 16,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at Panattoni Park Lublin II.
Avides is an international company with over 25 years of experience in e-commerce. Its operations align with the growing importance of environmental responsibility and the circular economy. The company specializes in distributing excess inventory and handling consumer returns – managing end-of-line products and returned items, thus helping to reduce resource waste. Avides operates logistics centers in Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and the UK. The new warehouse in Lublin will support further business growth in Central and Eastern Europe.
“We are pleased to welcome Avides as a tenant at Panattoni Park Lublin II. This is a company whose operations perfectly complement our sustainability strategy. The combination of our certified facilities with the tenant’s eco-conscious business model represents a textbook example of future-oriented logistics,”
– said Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
– “We develop modern warehouse spaces where they are most needed, supporting the growth of regional markets in Poland. Lublin is one of the fastest-growing cities in the region, gaining increasing recognition from investors who see its great logistics potential and rising importance on the European map,” she added.
“The new location at Panattoni Park Lublin II is the perfect site for securing our operations and scaling our business. At Panattoni, we have found a reliable partner who strongly supports our business through the right infrastructure tailored to our needs. We are confident that we can develop our new logistics hub here in the long term and create many jobs in the region,”
– said Marc-Oliver Otworowski, COO of Avides.

The investment has received BREEAM certification and offers tenants a range of environmentally friendly features, such as green zones at office entrances, electric vehicle charging stations, dusk sensors for outdoor lighting, and water-saving sanitary fixtures.
Among the tenants of Panattoni Park Lublin II are Varroc Lighting Systems and Stella Pack – industry leaders for whom the location and high standard of the complex support their growth in Central and Eastern Europe.
