Bain Capital Credit and White Star invest in warehouses

Bain Capital Credit is forming a strategic joint venture with White Star Group to invest in logistics facilities in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The first project includes two class A logistics centers in the Warsaw suburbs - in Nowy Konik and Raszyn

Linklaters advised Bain Capital Credit, one of the world's leading investment funds, on the formation of a strategic joint venture with White Star Group, an international real estate group. The new company will invest in high-quality logistics projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.

The first joint venture project includes two class A logistics centers in the Warsaw suburbs in Nowy Konik and Raszyn. The total area of both facilities will be approx. 120,000 sqm. The BREEAM-certified facilities will be equipped with ecological solutions, such as photovoltaic panels, water recycling, energy-saving systems, and electric vehicle charging stations. The buildings are located in an area with high warehouse demand with easy access to national roads and motorways.

The transaction was led by lawyers from the London and Warsaw offices of Linklaters
