Linklaters advised Bain Capital Credit, one of the world's leading investment funds, on the formation of a strategic joint venture with White Star Group, an international real estate group. The new company will invest in high-quality logistics projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.The first joint venture project includes two class A logistics centers in the Warsaw suburbs in Nowy Konik and Raszyn. The total area of both facilities will be approx. 120,000 sqm. The BREEAM-certified facilities will be equipped with ecological solutions, such as photovoltaic panels, water recycling, energy-saving systems, and electric vehicle charging stations. The buildings are located in an area with high warehouse demand with easy access to national roads and motorways.
