Hillwood has signed three credit agreements with Bank Millennium for a total amount of 36 million euros. As part of the cooperation, projects are being developed in Gliwice, Mysłowice and Słubice, which will provide a total of over 73,000 sqm of logistics space to the market. All investments, despite the epidemic situation in the country, will be completed according to schedule in the third quarter of this year.
The warehouse in Gliwice will have 27,800 sqm. The hall is being built on Pszczyńska Street, 2 km from the city center at the intersection of the A4 and A1 motorways (Gliwice Sośnica junction).
The Hillwood Mysłowice park will be built just a few kilometers from the intersection of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway. Currently, the first hall with an area of 23,900 sqm is being erected.
The third warehouse facility is being built in Słubice, by national road No. 29, just 2 km from the „Świecko” junction on the A2 motorway. The Hillwood Słubice logistics center will offer tenants 21,500 sqm.
"We are very pleased with our cooperation with Bank Millennium, which shares our vision and operating philosophy. Together, we are investing in projects that respond to the growing demand for warehouse space – primarily from companies operating in the logistics and e-commerce sectors" – says
Hubert Michalak, CEO of Hillwood Polska.
