SPM Poland, part of the BCUBE Poland Group, has joined the list of tenants at the MLP Wrocław center. The logistics operator has leased a total of over 15,000 sqm of modern space, with the first completed hall already handed over for use. Construction of the next facility is just beginning, with its handover planned for the first quarter of next year. The role of general contractor has been entrusted to W.P.I.P.
The logistics operator has leased a total of over 15,000 sqm of modern space at the MLP Wrocław logistics center. The first completed hall, measuring nearly 5,700 sqm, has already been handed over to the tenant. It will be used by BCUBE Poland entirely for warehousing purposes. At the same time, MLP Group has started construction of the next facility, which will provide another contracted nearly 9,500 sqm. Of this, approximately 100 sqm will be designated for modern office space.
The role of general contractor has been entrusted to W.P.I.P., a company specializing in the design and general contracting of warehouse, production, and office buildings that utilize solutions meeting high environmental standards, with whom MLP Group also collaborates on the realization of other logistics centers.

We are very pleased with the signing of the agreement with the new tenant. Having a built hall, we were able to hand over ready space to the tenant ad hoc. MLP Wrocław is a complex being built on a 13-hectare plot. The logistics park will consist of 6 warehouse halls with a target area of 63,234 sqm. Selected buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certificate. The logistics park is located in the Psie Pole district in the north-eastern part of Wrocław, only 14 km from the city center. A major convenience is the nearby E67 national road and the S8 expressway connecting Wrocław with Warsaw.
