BestSecret signs lease agreement with Panattoni for another 46,000 sqm

Panattoni has started construction for BestSecret, a leading European online shopping club for luxury fashion at lower prices. The company began operations in March on the 90,000 sqm already delivered at Panattoni Park Sulechów III, and the new agreement concerns an expansion: as part of the facility's extension, an additional 43,323 sqm of warehouse space and 2,632 sqm of office space will be created.

Panattoni Park in Sulechów is fully leased by BestSecret, an online shopping club for luxury fashion at lower prices, which delivers goods to 27 countries across Europe. The realization of this investment was delivered in stages from September 2022 to June of this year, and thanks to exceptionally efficient cooperation and the further dynamic development of BestSecret, the company decided to lease another 43,323 sqm. The new space will also be delivered in stages – the first part as early as December this year, and the remainder at the beginning of next year. 

- The construction of Panattoni Park Sulechów III is an example of model cooperation between the client, the developer, and local authorities. All stages proceeded without disruption, despite the tight work schedule and the adaptation of the building to the client's specific requirements - including preparation for the use of multi-level racking and increasing the height of part of the building - says Aleksandra Kucharek, Development Director at Panattoni - We are extremely pleased that the expansion of this investment is starting so quickly, immediately after the completion of the building in June of this year - this primarily testifies to the business development of our partner, but also confirms the huge potential of modern industrial space delivered by Panattoni - she adds.

A huge advantage of Panattoni Park Sulechów III is its excellent location - close to the western border, between the A2 and A4 motorways - it ensures great access both towards the west to Berlin, and to the east towards Poznań, Łódź, and Warsaw. Thanks to the proximity of the S3 expressway, which runs along Poland's western border, good access to Szczecin and Zielona Góra is also possible, and the Zielona Góra-Babimost Airport is located 11 km from the facility. This attractive location favors distribution both to most regions in Poland and to Western European markets.

Panattoni Park Sulechów III, in accordance with the Panattoni standard, will undergo environmental certification using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level. The investment will meet high standards both in terms of energy efficiency - including comprehensive metering or intelligent lighting - and wellbeing.
