An international distributor of household products, cosmetics, and dietary supplements is extending its lease agreement and increasing its leased space to nearly 5,000 sqm in the MLP Pruszków I logistics center.
BetterStyle has signed an agreement with MLP Group to extend and enlarge its leased warehouse space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics park to nearly 5,000 sqm. The company has been cooperating with MLP Group since 2017. The handover of the additional facility to the client is planned for September 1st of this year.
BetterStyle is an international distributor of household products, cosmetics, and dietary supplements. The company's offer includes a wide range of products that facilitate cooking, cleaning, maintaining order in the home and garden, creating a cozy space, and active leisure, as well as caring for health and beauty. The company has been operating in Poland since 2007. In subsequent years, it began operations in other Central and Eastern European markets.
Since our company is constantly expanding its assortment and planning expansion into further markets, a modern warehouse is one of the key elements of our development. The decision to extend the lease and increase the leased space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics park was obvious to us – said Michał Mierzwiński, CEO of BetterStyle International Sp. z o.o.
The MLP Pruszków I project enjoys enormous popularity among our current and potential tenants. The strategic location of the MLP Pruszków I park means that as soon as a vacant module appears, it is rented almost immediately. Furthermore, we have introduced innovative eco-solutions in our park, including RES installations, an electric vehicle charging point, a city bike rental station, and insect hotels. We care not only about the environment but also about the comfort of our center's users – emphasized Agnieszka Góźdź, Sales Director at MLP Group S.A.
The MLP Pruszków I project is the first park created by MLP Group, offering a total of nearly 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space. Over the course of more than a dozen years of operation, this park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is located on a fenced area protected 24 hours a day. A two-bay electric and hybrid vehicle charging point has been launched here for clients and tenants. 100% photovoltaic energy is used for this purpose. Additionally, there is a city bike station on the premises of the center. The facility has a large power supply, significant future development opportunities for clients, and a proportionally large percentage of parking spaces. The MLP Pruszków I logistics center has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting Warsaw with other urban centers.
