Bevo joins the tenants of MLP Poznań West

The handover of the completed facility to the tenant is planned for November this year. The role of general contractor has been entrusted to W.P.I.P., which is an expert in building and equipping technologically advanced industrial facilities.

The new tenant specializes in water technology. Bevo supplies all metal and plastic components for piping systems: from pipes, fittings, shut-off valves and pumps, to measuring and control devices.

Confirmation of our commitment to sustainable development is the inclusion of the buildings in the BREEAM certification system. In accordance with the developer's strategy, modern solutions will be used in the dedicated facility. There will be a photovoltaic installation on the roof. Heating of the warehouse and office building will be based on the VRV system using heat pumps. Energy-saving LED lamps will be used for interior lighting. At the same time, building management and monitoring of facility systems will be carried out using an Asset Information Model based on the BIM methodology. This technology is used to improve operational processes through integration with BMS (Building Management System) automation systems. The building will undergo BREEAM certification. 

The MLP Poznań West park is the fastest-growing center belonging to the MLP Group. Currently, over 55,000 m2 of modern space is under construction. The new halls will have an increased height of up to 11.5 m. The MLP Poznań West project will ultimately provide approx. 150,000 m2 of warehouse and office space on an area of 28.8 ha.

MLP Poznań West is located on the western side of Poznań near the S11 expressway, just 7 km from the junction with the A2 motorway.
