BIK expands cooperation with Dachser
The logistics operator has ordered over 15,500 m2 of modern space in the new BIK Park Wrocław I logistics center. The warehouse hall will occupy approximately 9,200 m2. Another 5,300 m2 will be designated for cross-docking purposes, and over 1,000 m2 will consist of office and social space. Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych intends to start the implementation of the investment in Kąty Wrocławskie in June of this year. The handover of the finished facility to Dachser is planned for the beginning of next year.
