Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych, acting through its subsidiaries, has concluded preliminary agreements with „MIR Poland” Sp. z o.o., a special purpose vehicle of the „Exeter Property Group” fund, regarding the sale of two logistics parks. The value of both transactions was set at a total of nearly 21 million euros net (approx. 90 million PLN). The amount will be increased by the applicable VAT. The Silesian Logistics Centre in Sosnowiec, consisting of halls no. 1, 3, and 4, was valued at nearly 15.2 million euros net. In turn, the buyer is prepared to pay approximately 5.8 million euros net for the Kraków II Logistics Centre. The finalization of both transactions is planned by June 28 of this year.
„We are consistently implementing our long-term strategy, according to which well-commercialized facilities with an established position in their markets will be sold at values guaranteeing shareholders an above-average rate of return. The amounts obtained for these two parks fully meet the shareholders' expectations. We will certainly allocate a large portion of the funds to investments, primarily in new logistics projects, including the project in Wrocław, but we also intend to expand our Retail Park offer” - emphasized Mirosław Koszany, President of the Management Board of Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.
