BSH leases space at Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III

Panattoni with another Łódź-based project for the largest household appliance manufacturer on the continent. BSH will utilize over 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III within the next month. The facility will be used to store, among other things, components for dryers. The developer's previous projects in Łódź for BSH include 3 investments with a total area of approx. 150,000 sqm. Furthermore, as part of the CEL HUB, Panattoni delivered an Appliance Park intended for suppliers of components to the manufacturer's factories.

Panattoni has built approx. 2 million sqm in the Łódź region, of which over 150,000 sqm is for BSH – the largest household appliance manufacturer in Europe and one of the global leaders. This time, the company has leased 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III and will begin using this space within the next month. The company will service its dryer factory from this facility.

To date, the developer has completed for BSH, among others, the largest household appliance factory on the continent with an area of 57,000 sqm. The investment is connected to a logistics center occupying nearly 80,000 sqm, where Panattoni prepared, among other things, two railway sidings with three parking tracks, and also built a railway station with a platform measuring 590 m. In the vicinity, the developer also completed an Appliance Park with an area of 30,000 sqm, which is entirely dedicated to suppliers of components for the company's factory. Now, as part of Panattoni Business Center Łódź III, the company has delivered another 12,000 sqm, which the client will use within the next month. 

BSH will benefit from the excellent location of Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III. The facility is located just 3.5 kilometers from the city center and allows for efficient access by both tram and bus. Furthermore, the investment is 5 km from the A1 motorway - located in the VI Trans-European Transport Corridor – and 18 km from the A2 motorway, connecting Łódź with, among others, Poznań, Warsaw, and Berlin.
