On February 15, 2023, Savills Investment Management signed a lease extension agreement at Park Szczecin Trzebusz with Carlsberg Supply Company Polska S.A., part of one of the world's largest brewing companies – Carlsberg Group. The company decided to remain in the facility for another 5 years, leasing nearly 15,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.

Park Szczecin Trzebusz is a logistics project that was commissioned in 2019. The facility offers a total of 70,000 sqm of modern warehouse space and is located in the eastern part of Szczecin, in the Dąbie district at 12 Cynkowa St. The advantage of its location is access to a direct exit from the A6 motorway, connecting Szczecin and Berlin. The property is also well connected to the S3 expressway, national road No. 10, the airport in Goleniów, located approx. 30 km from the investment, and the seaport. In the close vicinity of the investment is the Szczecin Subzone of the Euro-Park Mielec Special Economic Zone.
The warehouse space of Park Szczecin Trzebusz consists of two class A buildings. It is equipped with LED lighting, gas heating, a sprinkler system, a docking zone with ramps as well as „0” gates, CCTV monitoring and an advanced entry management system. The space can be adapted for both storage and light production. The investment area also includes maneuvering yards and parking spaces. The facility, which is part of the Savills IM portfolio, holds a BREEAM International New Construction certificate
