Castorama moves into 7R Park Łódź East I
Castorama, the largest Home Improvement retail chain in Poland, selling construction and finishing products online and in 90 stationary stores across the country, has chosen the modern logistics facility 7R Park Łódź East I. The total area to be occupied by the tenant is over 36,000 sqm.
The building in the 7R Park Łódź East I complex, intended for Castorama's operations, consists of warehouse space totaling over 35,300 sqm and office space occupying approximately 770 sqm. The attractive location of 7R Park Łódź East I, right by the A1 motorway exit, creates very good conditions for international, national, and local transport. Public transport stops are located near the facility, which also ensures comfortable commuting for employees.

All warehouses included in 7R Park Łódź East I meet Class A building standards and, thanks to the pro-ecological solutions applied, which influence, among other things, an increase in energy efficiency, are BREEAM certified.
