Centor extends lease agreement with SEGRO

Centor, a company specializing in the production of integrated terrace doors, insect screen systems, and blinds, has decided to extend its lease agreement with SEGRO, an owner, manager, and developer of modern warehouse and production space. The Australian company moved its European production to SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków almost four years ago.

Centor uses over 3400 sqm of modern production space in Stryków. The Australian company has been designing and manufacturing home solutions for 65 years. Centor has been awarded many times for its activities. Among others, it has received several of the most prestigious industrial design awards: Red Dot 2015, German Design Award 2017, and Red Dot Best Of The Best 2019.

"The decision to move production to Poland was a good step, based on comprehensive analyses. Our company has had its office and headquarters for all of Central Europe in Warsaw for years. Over these nearly 4 years, Stryków has proven to be a great location for us with access to very good infrastructure, which allowed us to implement plans to increase production and enter new markets in Europe. SEGRO has proven to be a great business partner, providing services at the highest level, even in the recent, more difficult times" – says Jörg Wagner, General Manager of Centor in Europe.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków offers over 300,000 sqm of modern production and warehouse space. The facility is located in close proximity to the intersection of the A1 motorway and the A2 motorway, serving as a distribution hub for all of Central and Eastern Europe. The investment will ultimately total 400,000 sqm of usable space. Its infrastructure already includes wide internal roads, extensive maneuvering areas, and parking lots for employees and customers. All new facilities being built within the park are covered by BREEAM ecological certification.
