Central European Logistics HUB Panattoni with Polish brand Tatuum

Panattoni has signed a lease agreement with the owner of the Tatuum brand – the Polish company KAN sp. z o.o. The enterprise will occupy 10,150 sqm in the Central European Logistics HUB. Clothing from the company, known for its excellent tailoring and promotion of the slow fashion philosophy, will arrive on the shelves of the new warehouse as early as mid-August 2020. From there, it will be sent to the company's stores in Europe, as well as to consumers ordering products online.

The Polish company KAN sp. z o.o. - owner of the clothing brand Tatuum, will create its main warehouse at the Central European Logistics HUB Panattoni. The enterprise has leased 10,150 sqm (approx. 450 sqm of office space), which it will move into as early as mid-August this year. The Polish company KAN Sp. z o.o. knows the potential of Łódź perfectly well. It was here that it was founded in 1995, only to open the first Tatuum store 4 years later. From the Central European Logistics Hub, the brand will supply products to over one hundred salons in Poland and Europe, and will also fulfill orders coming from the online store. The company's presence in the Panattoni park in Łódź is related to the consolidation of existing warehouse space, which will allow for economies of scale and the streamlining of logistics processes, as well as the large-scale implementation of Tatuum's expansion plans into foreign markets and the further development of e-commerce’u.

Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub is the largest logistics complex in Europe being created by Panattoni, with a planned area of 600,000 sqm. The investment is located on Jędrzejowska Street in Łódź, right next to the A1 – the only Polish north-south motorway. The Hub is located just 30 km from the Łódź Północ junction, which is the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. Today, the construction of the Central European Logistics Hub has already passed the halfway point. As part of the investment, 370,000 sqm have been built, and another 40,000 sqm are under construction. Companies that have already decided to develop in the Hub include BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego, Media Expert, and SMYK. The Hub is driving the development of the New Industrial District of Łódź with the potential to create 7,000 jobs.
