
MLP Group has concluded the first lease agreement at the newly constructed business park MLP Business Park Łodź. Chefs Culinar has contracted a total of over 1,600 sq. m. of modern space, of which 1,400 sq. m. will be used for warehouse purposes, and 240 sq. m. for social and office purposes.
Chefs Culinar is a leading nationwide distributor of food and non-food products for the HoReCa market. It cooperates with restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. Its offer includes approximately 12,000 high-quality products. The assortment covers a full range of products for gastronomy: from fats, dairy, spices, through fresh meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, easy-to-prepare convenience meals, to non-alcoholic beverages and the best wines.

In accordance with the strategy for implementing sustainable development principles, the investment will be subject to BREEAM New Construction environmental certification at the Excellent level. The facilities will be equipped with, among others, photovoltaic systems, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. At the same time, approximately 30% of the area will consist of green areas and a retention reservoir.
MLP Business Park Łódź is a new logistics park that will be built on a 16-hectare plot, and upon completion, it will offer a total of 30,400 sq. m. of modern space. The investment is characterized by an excellent location. In the immediate vicinity, there are public transport stops. The park is located just 10 km from the center of Łódź. It is only 4 km away from the A1 motorway (Łódź Wschód junction), and only 25 km from the A2 motorway (Łódź Północ junction). In turn, it is 15 km away from the S14 expressway, running on the west side of the city. The same distance is to the airport in Łódź.
