City Park Warsaw is growing in strength

City Park Warsaw will be expanded in response to the growing demand for flexible business space. The developer, Ideal Idea, has commercialized more than half of the space intended for lease even before obtaining the building permit.

Ideal Idea is planning to expand City Park Warsaw by an additional 10,000 sqm of zero-emission space, utilizing modern technologies that significantly reduce tenants' operating costs. Thanks to the use of heat pumps, photovoltaic installations, electric vehicle charging stations, and greywater recovery systems, companies using the complex will be able to reduce their energy and utility expenses, which will impact their long-term operational efficiency. The entire facility will meet the highest standards of sustainable construction and will obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

City Park Warsaw is an attractive location for companies in the urban logistics, e-commerce, and light production sectors, offering flexible warehouse modules from 500 sqm and office modules from 110 sqm. The SBU model ensures full independence for tenants, who have their own entrances and no common areas at their disposal. The warehouses are equipped with a ground-level gate and a dock with a hydraulic ramp, while the class A offices feature air conditioning and energy-efficient LED lighting.

City Park Warsaw is located just 2 km from Chopin Airport and 10 km from the Central Railway Station, with direct access to key transport routes – the A2 motorway and the S2 and E67 expressways. Thanks to its proximity to the Warsaw ring road, the park offers a convenient connection for both employees and suppliers. The commute to the city center takes only 20 minutes.

Ideal Idea achieves one of the highest commercialization rates in the industry, leasing from 95% to 100% of the space even before obtaining the occupancy permit. The completion of the investment is scheduled for 2025, after which the total area of the park will exceed 47,000 sqm.
